As a small independent engineering practice, we have the advantage of being both agile in responding to a client’s needs and truly able to partner with them to understand their specific requirements. We have on-site experience of a vast array of construction projects from smaller residential renovations to large-scale commercial developments, working to RIBA stages where required. This exposure has given us detailed first-hand knowledge of a variety of building materials, techniques, structures, clients and sectors. This means we can boast an extensive base of practical knowledge across both residential and commercial structures to complement our strong technical skillset. In addition, we work closely with a variety of stakeholders including homeowners, architects, developers, contractors and local councils, and our strength in nurturing these relationships allows us to understand our client’s needs in depth and deliver to their expectations, often exceeding them.

Along the way we have developed specialisms in the niche, technically demanding areas of temporary works including scaffolding and hoarding design. We also have experience in working with increasingly popular advanced construction techniques and materials such as Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF) and Steel Framework Systems (SFS).
